Log into your account and go to the Call Stats page where you can download a record of all of your activity on SwitchboardFREE. We log all incoming call activity so after a disaster you can get a list of all of the calls you have missed, all of the people who left voicemails and all of the faxes you received either on screen or downloadable as a CSV. This makes it easy to call back anyone who tried to contact you whilst you were dealing with something else and help you keep your customers who may have been upset by the issues you have been dealing with.
We recommend that our customers get into the habit of checking their call stats every Monday morning to ensure nothing has been missed over the weekend.
