SwitchboardFREE’s May Updates
As always we have been working hard to improve our website and the SwitchboardFREE Service. You can see some of our hard work in action by looking through our May updates below.
Get a Geographical landline number (for example 0207) or an 0800 number with all the same features as our 084 numbers.
We have numbers in all the major cities in the UK and stacks of 0800 numbers for you to use. You can now have a local number with a big business feel or have several numbers and get a local phone presence across the country.
From only £4.97 per number, per month when redirected to a UK landline or just £14.96 per number, per month when redirected to a UK landline or a mobile phone.
Number set up wizard.
Our New Number set up wizard has been made easier, quicker and more intuitive. If you need an additional number set up quickly then our little wizard will have you up and running in under 2 minutes. How’s that for quick?
This means that if your signing up today or adding a new number to your account then we will have you up and running quicker than ever.
FollowMe has changed.
If you’ve not already noticed, the FollowMe settings have been moved to their own section at the top of the configuration page. When enabled, the current active handset shows the redirect number based on the FollowMe settings and handset location.
We are hoping this will make FollowMe even easier to use. Log in to your account today to have a look at the new change.
Statistics page overhaul.
The stats page has been completely redesigned making it quicker, easier and more intuitive to use. We have added new detailed descriptions for each report and now there is now no limit on the size of the report which can be printed on screen. To make our reports easier to organise and understand, list reports can be re-ordered by clicking on the section headers so you see the data you want in the order that suits your needs best.
